Customer Success Manager

We are currently looking for a talented customer success manager to assist with Smirta's rapidly growing client base. In this role, you will be responsible for directly engaging and interacting with the customers. You will also collaborate with the leadership internally.

Key responsibilities
Account management of existing clients Assist with implementations to include coordination of meetings with clients, help with project management, training, sales presentations, and demos Participate in conferences, events, will require travel (once or twice a month) Assist with marketing communications Assist in the sales process
Qualifications / skills
Bachelor's in communications, BA, MHA,BHA Good Communication and presentation skills Good Analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite PMP certification or PM experience a plus Operational experience in cancer treatment centers a plus Experience with EMR/EHR software and other IT solutions a plus
